This was our very own project – a 1902 bungalow that we purchased and fully restored in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. Everything was touched from the ground up, including a new sewer line to the city connection, a new foundation, and all new electrical, plumbing, air and heat, and waste systems. We completely reworked the floor plan to make sense of it and go from a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We wanted to bring back the character to this sweet home and so installed red oak hardwood throughout, new crown molding and baseboards, and vintage style tile. One of our favorite features that we created was the finished attic – a perfect space for den or studio!
