About This Project

Our team completed this Accessory Dwelling Unit in Eagle Rock, turning our client’s original 1920s garage into a stylish guest house/extra space. Designed by Heather Spaulding, this was a fun project to complete with lots of wood details, custom cabinetry and pops of color. We took the garage down to one wall and rebuilt everything, from pouring a new slab to framing for a vaulted ceiling.
